Rob is an operational leader with over 25 years of management experience, combining data analytics expertise with hands-on executive execution. He brings extensive international experience in senior supply chain and management roles across multiple industries and continents.
He has led teams, managed P&Ls, and implemented complex operational processes at scale. With direct boardroom exposure, he understands the pressures organisations face and which KPIs truly drive profitability and performance. Rob combines this executive perspective with a certified specialism in data analytics and business intelligence — translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that help management make better decisions faster. As an Analytics Translator, he uniquely bridges the gap between business reality and data-driven answers, making sure that every dashboard and report directly serves a management question rather than simply displaying numbers.
Rob holds an MBA from the State University of Groningen (Netherlands). He has held senior roles at Forever Direct, Urban Logistic Services, Gloria Jeans, Detskiy Mir, and Deloitte, focusing on supply chain leadership and operational transformation. He is fluent in English, German, and Dutch, with working knowledge of Russian, Czech, and French.

Carlos is an international executive with over 25 years of experience in general management, strategy, and operations, with a strong track record of building, scaling, and restructuring businesses across Europe.
He has led companies as CEO and interim executive, combining entrepreneurial execution with structured strategic thinking. His experience covers business development, transformation, and restructuring across manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, investment, and infrastructure sectors.
Carlos holds an MBA from ESADE (Barcelona), completed the PIM program at McGill University (Montreal), and the CEMS program at the University of Cologne. He also built a consulting foundation at KPMG, Deloitte, Simon-Kucher, and Avandil across European markets.
He is fluent in English, Spanish, German, French, Catalan, Italian, Russian, Czech, and Slovak, with working knowledge of Portuguese, Polish, Dutch, and Hungarian.

Miguel is an entrepreneur and growth specialist with over 20 years of experience in business development, franchising, and scaling commercial platforms across Spain and international markets.
Miguel combines entrepreneurial execution with deep expertise in growth models, particularly in the area of franchising, retail, and multi-location business expansion.
As Managing Director of FDS Group, he has led development initiatives focused on expansion strategies, brand positioning, and network growth. He has also played a key role in shaping the franchising ecosystem through both advisory work and media platforms.
He holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a degree in Business Administration from Universitat Ramon Llull (Barcelona). He is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, English and has a working knowledge in Italian, French, and Portuguese.

Will is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience leading digital transformations across strategy, planning, design, and implementation.
His expertise includes customer management, workflow optimization, and AI-powered SaaS solutions. He has a strong track record of delivering initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiency.
He has held engineering and marketing roles at Verizon, Bell Canada, and Telus, combining technical depth with commercial execution. He also brings consulting experience from Deloitte and McKinsey across Canada, the UK, and Central Europe.
Will holds an MBA and a Drs. degree from Nyenrode Business University and Erasmus University (Netherlands), and a B.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Alberta (Canada). He is fluent in English and has working knowledge of French, Cantonese, and Dutch.
